JAMES & CO. PROMOTES VADNAIS TO MANAGER, ASSURANCE SERVICES

Travis Vadnais, MAcc, CPA, was recently promoted to Manager of Assurance Services at James & Co. Business Advisors/ CPAs.  His area of expertise encompasses audits, reviews and compilations, accounting and consulting services for various industries. Vadnais has extensive knowledge and experience in internal controls to assist clients in the prevention and detection of fraud as well.  He is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, and is trained and experienced in QuickBooks training, setup and consulting, which is a part of the firm’s new small business services division.

Having previously served as Senior Accountant with the firm for four years, Vadnais earned a BS in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting from Southern Utah University. He has worked in public accounting for more than seven years including experience as an auditor with Moss-Adams LLP, one of the largest firms in the country. Vadnais is a member of UACPA, AICPA, Ogden/Weber Chamber, Sigma Chi, and the Breakfast Exchange Club of Ogden.

Paula J. Lewis was recently named Audit / QuickBooks Specialist at James & Co. Business Advisors/ CPAs. Having previously served as Office Manager with James & Co. for more than 10-years, she returns to the firm after serving with a firm in Northern Utah in a similar capacity.
